The company has five production lines, all designed within the company, three of which are dedicated to the production of Savoiardi sponge fingers, one to Sfogliatine puff pastry biscuits and a very recent multi-functional production line installed during 2009 for the production of Amaretti, Frollini and Tortafrolla biscuits. The whole production cycle is fully automated, from the storage of raw materials, to dosing of the mixtures, packaging, boxing and palletizing. Over 56 tons of finished product are produced.
